How to fix “Battery Question Mark” on Zenfone 5 Fastboot

Maybe your first reaction was “what the f*ck? Still zenfone 5? Go buy a new one bro!”
and my answer is ….

To hell with that new phone.

Seriously, I use this device for almost 3 years, much older than my laptop, but it is still going strong. Sure it has a battery problem, it doesn’t have LTE, no bleeding edge new android version, but hey it does the job done! What else do I expect from IDR 2000000 (around USD 150) at launch, for its ages now?

This problem usually occurs when you are entering Droidboot / fastboot, and you forgot to charge your device, and is running out of energy.

The solution are really easy, you might get mad. Just recharge your phone, if possible using the original charger. Let it charge for like 5 to 10 minutes. It should work after that.
